MarianaFrom an early age I attended prayer services with my parents. This was a hard time in our country of Moldova when Christians were persecuted. But my parents were persistent in this decision. The time came when the Lord sent me a husband and children and emphasized the meaning of prayer for their lives. I started a Moms in Prayer group at my church. In May 2015, we celebrated 20 years of moms gathering to pray at this same church! God blessed us and gave us strength to move forward, despite hardships in life. This ministry brings joy and gives energy, and I know that our Lord is praised! I enjoy gathering mothers to pray in different cities and now countries in Eastern Europe, sharing this hope from God. Because He placed me here to do His work, He will be faithful to change the lives of mothers and children, and in the schools, through Moms in Prayer. I pray that God will give me wisdom and obedience in this path and that He will help me be a blessing to many mothers.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
